Questions worth answering
What happens when I reach a limit? You are told in the app well before you get there, and the work you have already done is never touched. Reaching a monthly allowance stops that one thing — writing a report for you, say — and everything else carries on.
What if a payment fails? Nothing happens immediately. Your plan keeps working while the card is sorted out, because losing access to your own service history over an expired card would be indefensible.
Does MendTag work without a signal? No. It needs a connection, so in a plant room with no service you will not be able to open a job or scan a tag. One thing is protected: a voice note you have already finished recording is held on the phone itself, so it is not lost while you get back into range. If dead zones are a daily part of your work, that is worth knowing before you pay for anything.
Is my data mine? Yes. Each company's records are isolated in the database itself rather than hidden in the interface, and closing your account removes them.
30-day money back. If a paid plan is not for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No reason needed, and nothing you have recorded is deleted.
